I am a home-based cake designer creating custom cakes for weddings and meaningful celebrations throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and beyond.

Moselle Bakery is named in honor of the farm my family has called home for generations—a place rich with connection, gathering, and childhood memories. Moselle, France, where my father was born, is a quiet countryside of rolling hillsides spotted with vineyards. That sense of romance and old-world charm continues to inspire my work and the desserts I create.

In my family, love has always been expressed through food—meals prepared with care and shared slowly around the table. Baking became my way of bringing that feeling into your homes. Each cake is thoughtfully designed to be part of moments filled with meaning, celebration, and connection.
